    Organic Ruby Kraut is a raw, unpasteurised sauerkraut made with certified organic red cabbage and a blend of winter spices. Inspired by Eastern European fermentation methods, this organic ruby kraut combines vibrant colour with deep, earthy flavour.

    Made using red cabbage, Celtic sea salt and time, this organic ruby kraut develops its character through natural fermentation. Carrots, beetroot and onion add sweetness and body, while ginger, ground cloves and ground cinnamon bring subtle warmth and seasonal depth.

    The result is a richly coloured fermented vegetable dish that is both tangy and gently spiced. Because this organic ruby kraut is unpasteurised, it contains beneficial live bacteria created during fermentation and should be kept refrigerated.

    All ingredients are certified organic:

    • Red cabbage (37.5%)

    • Carrots

    • Beetroot (18.7%)

    • Onion

    • Ginger

    • Ground cloves
